Store Orders

1. Do you ship outside of the U.S.? Unfortunately, I do not. Shipping rates outside of the US are expensive at this moment. This can change in the near future.

2. I changed my mind, what is your return policy? All sales are final unless damaged during shipping. 

3. When will I receive my order? Please allow 2 business days for order processing and payment verification and an additional 3-4 days for delivery. I do not ship on Saturdays/Sundays. Please contact me if you haven't received your order within 8 days of purchasing.

Commissions

1. How much will a logo cost? Price estimates are given after you fill out a commission form. To request for a logo or character commission, please fill out a form. Allow 48 hours for me to respond.

2. Can you do characters outside of Disney? 100%

3. How long does a commission take? Please allow 48 hours for me to review your request. Small commissions can take 6-8 days to complete. Larger, more elaborate commissions vary in completion time (7 days to 4 weeks).

1. I want to support you! How do I know what local vendor events, art shows, you'll be participating in? Where can I see Your Highness Events? The best way to stay updated is via my Instagram: @kushy_land. Click on the "Your Highness Events" to view our full list of current events.

2. I am a small business and want to print your illustrations on my products. How does that work? We usually do not license out my illustrations/fan art to 3rd parties. Feel free to contact me for further help. Businesses/Users who use my illustrations WITHOUT permission will be reported.

OTHER

1. What is your favorite Disney Movie? LITERALLY ALL OF THEM. The Lion King, Beauty and The Beast, Mulan, The Little Mermaid, Toy Story 1, 2, & 3, Aladdin, Hercules, Tarzan...and like, anything before 2005 are always on heavy rotation.
